Stages of our design services
Stage 1. home meeting.
We want to take time to go through your space, to hear your likes and dislikes. So many times pieces one currently has can be utilized within the new, refreshed space. We will establish priorities, talk of your wishlist, take measurements and photos. Our fee is for us coming to your home, so while we're there...let us see all of your wants. This fee is not based on time or numbers of rooms so we are pleased to see it all.
Stage 2. mood board creation.
Based on our meeting a "mood board" will be created for each room you wish to be refreshed. This mood board will include inspirational photos of Lighting fixtures, Flooring, Furniture, Accent pieces + Paint Color swatches. Estimated pricing for each design element will be included along with quote for paint and labor provided by our team.
Mood boards are sent to you via email as jpeg files.
$200 per room
Stage 3. personal shopping + ordering.
Should you decide to move forward with our services we begin choosing design elements for your space. Our fee for this stage is kept simple. We do not like to charge our clients based on time of our work that is unseen. We are only paid if we produce successful items for our clients.
Stage 4. clear the way.
This is one stage that you as the homeowner may wish to do on your own. It is the packing up of your existing space. However, should you need our services, we are pleased to help.

Stage 5. refresh day
Painting at this point will have already been completed by our team along with any changes to flooring and the space ready to go. All furniture + accent pieces placed and the room staged for the final reveal.
$450 for the day
